Entrepreneurship at Montgomery College speech

I want to thank Steve Lang and Elana Lippa for inviting me to address you today. Theme of my speech is “Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
What is entrepreneurship?

entrepreneurship is a lifestyle. It is a powerful, deep inside, you’ll realize your dreams, in spite of bad ratings and doubts of others.

I’m sure many of you here today have the will, the drive and the dream of becoming entrepreneurs. Dreams give us the strength that carries us through. In fact, I often thought that perhaps we do not have to carry the dream, but dream that brings us .

I love entrepreneurship. There’s nothing like the excitement, glory, pleasure and excitement of starting something simple from scratch and watched it grow into a great company of remarkable proportions. If you have the opportunity to be an entrepreneur, go ahead. Find passionate people and motor and drive. Give them the necessary resources, then we are giving them something to breathe oxygen.

If we fail We just have to get up and try again. Maybe we will not more … but we must try again. Success teaches you how to move forward, but failure teaches you never go back back. Thus, the failure of the first step towards success.

Contractors are motivated to achieve control over their work and their flexibility and their dreams. But freedom always has a price. As mentioned above, we can learn the basics of entrepreneurship. But like everything else, it takes discipline and practice. This means that the formation of your opinion on various issues that prevent you from dealing with a student and place the other side to identify the opportunities inside.

For example, if the prediction of test questions is just a small problem, consider a system developed that makes this easier. Maybe a database of all previous test questions with better answers could be developed with a monthly subscription business model. Customers, investors and employees to stick with you not only respect for your accomplishments, but because they become true friends. few words to say, my own experience as Chief management. I used a highly oriented vision in a society which highly concentrated all employees knew exactly what was expected of them and that’s exactly what they have delivered promised. I people at all levels, special tools and measures and fact-based decision-making prevailed. Managers at all levels of honor in my company, the obligations they focus on disciplined meetings, decisions and measure progress against objectives. I’m surrounded by great artists, delivering results.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak with you today . Thanks for your time and your commitment to a difference in the lives of others to do with entrepreneurship. I wish you every success in the future, and we rejoice when our paths cross again. I am convinced that you reach your goals. I’m sure you will rise to the challenge and turn your passion into profit.

There are so many facets of leadership that embraces you as a young entrepreneur, in addition to working hard to live the life of an entrepreneur. It is not easy, but nothing the fight against the value is a value. I encourage you all to entrepreneurship and to show that Montgomery College can continue to produce large companies to consider tomorrow. I hope to start some of you this way today.
